HDR exposure brackets, drone aerials, 360° scans, and reel footage — typically 1–2 hours onsite for a standard package.

HDR merging, color correction, sky replacement when needed, vertical-line corrections, and selective masking. MLS-spec sized.

Deliver

Files land in your client portal within 3 days, with order code and Dropbox link. 3D tours and reels follow shortly after.

When will I get my photos? +
Standard delivery is within 3 days of the shoot. AI Twilight images may take an extra day to render and fine-tune. Need a faster rush turnaround? Mention it in your booking notes — we'll do what we can.
What if it rains on shoot day? +
We watch the forecast and reach out the day before if conditions look bad. Reschedules due to weather are always free. Light overcast actually photographs beautifully for interiors — we only reschedule for active rain or storms.
How many photos do I get? +
Depends on the home. Typical delivery is 25–60 final photos (interior + exterior, MLS-ready, edited and color-corrected). Larger luxury listings can run 80+. You always get every keeper — we don't artificially limit.
Do you stage the home or move furniture? +
We do light styling — turning lights on, opening blinds, fluffing pillows, hiding remotes and pet bowls. We don't move major furniture or do full staging (that's a stager's job). The pre-shoot checklist we send after booking covers everything the seller should do beforehand.
Can I reschedule or cancel? +
Reschedules with 24+ hours notice are free. Less than 24 hours, there's a $75 reschedule fee to cover the held slot. Same-day cancellations are charged 50% of the booking. Weather-driven reschedules are always free.
Who owns the photos? Can I use them after the listing closes? +
Photographer retains copyright. You receive a license to use the photos for the term of this listing — MLS, your website, social, brokerage marketing, print. The license expires when the home goes Pending or is removed from MLS. If you want to keep using a photo afterward (testimonials, portfolio, future listings), shoot us a message — we usually grant extended use for a small fee.
Do you shoot occupied homes or do they need to be vacant? +
We shoot both. Occupied homes photograph beautifully when the seller follows the prep checklist we send after booking. For vacation rentals, we recommend shooting between guests when possible.
Are you licensed and insured? +
Yes — FAA Part 107 licensed drone pilot with general liability and drone-specific insurance. Documentation available on request for brokerages that require it before referring shooters.
How does payment work? +
Payment at booking confirms your slot — no deposit, no balance chasing. Receipts are automatic — no invoicing back-and-forth.

The online price includes a 3% card-processing fee. Prefer to skip it? Pay by Venmo or check and you get the base price — just mention it in your booking notes.
Do you cover areas outside Niceville/Destin/30A? +
Anywhere within a 45-minute drive of Niceville is standard. Outside that radius (Pensacola, Panama City, etc.), we still consider — send a booking request and we'll quote with travel.
